1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Estate Sync platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. User Roles & Account Responsibilities

Estate Sync provides three primary account levels:

• Estate Managers: Responsible for oversight, expense tracking, and reporting.
• Homeowners: Access to property-specific analytics and maintenance updates.
• Tenants: Ability to view announcements and report issues.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities that occur under their account.

3. Data Storage & Privacy

Estate Sync utilizes Cloudflare R2 storage for managing user avatars, property documents, and analytics reports. By uploading files, you grant Estate Sync the right to process and store this data to provide the services requested. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or scripts.
• Interfere with the security features of the platform.
• Use the platform for any illegal activities according to your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to scrape or harvest data from other users.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your actions jeopardize the stability of the Estate Sync ecosystem.
